This is an original Omega Constellation Chronometer Certificate. It confirms the watch successfully passed the Swiss Institutes for Official Chronometer Tests and was awarded an Official Rating Certificate. Issued from the Omega Watch factories in Bienne, Switzerland.

has successfully passed the scientific precision tests
of the Swiss Institutes for Official Chronometer Tests.
For a period of 360 hours the watch was
subjected to stringent examination in five different wrist
positions in extremes of heat and cold.
Your watch has thus been awarded the Official Rating
Certificate, and qualifies for the distinction:
